Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company

Focuses on helping clients achieve exceptional marketing and sales performance through innovative strategies and effective client engagement. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing attribution tracking, client communication, and performance analysis.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with clients to monitor marketing attribution, provide insights into sales performance, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM systems, and ClickUp, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Attribution and Reporting:

  • Assist in daily, monthly, and yearly marketing attribution tracking.
  • Analyze data across marketing channels and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain organized spreadsheets for tracking marketing performance.


Client Communication:

  • Participate in bi-weekly client calls to discuss marketing and sales performance.
  • Present data in a clear and relatable manner to clients.
  • Maintain a personable and professional demeanor during client interactions.


CRM and Workflow Management:

  • Use ClickUp and CRM tools to manage and update client workflows.
  • Ensure all client data is accurately entered and updated in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline and improve marketing processes.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with minimal accent.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Personable, relatable, and comfortable with regular client interaction.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • A willingness to learn company-specific processes and marketing lingo quickly.
  • A professional demeanor, with an ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
