What You'll Do

  • Identify and target potential B2B and B2C customers through in-depth market research, segmentation, and analysis of emerging opportunities
  • Generate leads via cold outreach, email campaigns, and active networking at industry events
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients with tailored proposals that address specific needs and offer clear value
  • Present and demo products/services, clearly demonstrating how they meet client needs and drive results
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, while nurturing long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and growth
  • Provide top-tier post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide key insights to senior management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation strategies, customer segmentation, and messaging
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at exceeding revenue goals and driving consistent growth

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, B2C, or SaaS)
  • Experience in client acquisition, account management, or closing sales within the crypto industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (other languages like Russian or German are a bonus)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
  • Proven ability to align sales and marketing strategies, generate leads, and build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and motivation to handle challenges and rejection effectively
  • Strong organizational skills for managing time and sales pipelines
  • A results-driven, self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
