Position Title: Virtual Assistant – Technical Customer Service Expert
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php 45,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM NYC, US Time or 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM PH Time
Holidays: New York, US Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT

Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant – Technical Customer Service Expert:

• Provide expert-level customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Walk customers through technical solutions, making sure they understand each step of the process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Offer customer-centric solutions to resolve technical problems with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and proper issue resolution.
• Document and track customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant – Technical Customer Service Expert:

• Previous Sales experience is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support role is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual work environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to always providing excellent service.
