About the role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to our Revenue Operations Manager, this role will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue generation processes by managing and analyzing data from various systems, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across all revenue-related functions. 

We are looking for someone who is located in the US Central Time Zone and able to work within its hours.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and other revenue-related systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into revenue performance
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
• Conduct revenue forecasting and modeling to predict future revenue streams and inform strategic planning
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation to streamline revenue operations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies based on data analysis
• Document system configurations, processes, and data flows.

What you’ll bring:

• Revenue Operations & Data Analysis Experience: Proven track record of success in revenue operations, business analysis, or a related field. Strong experience in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
• Advanced Data Analysis & Forecasting Skills: Experience in predictive modeling, regression analysis, and data mining (experience with statistical software is a plus), with a strong understanding of revenue forecasting methodologies
• Salesforce Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flows and Apex development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce order of execution
• Process Optimization & Workflow Automation: Experience with process optimization and workflow automation in Salesforce, ideally with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
• Integration and Tools Expertise: Experience configuring HubSpot integrations and working with third-party data enrichment tools to enhance data accuracy and insights.
