About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive sales growth. This role will incorporate both inbound and outbound prospecting, meaning you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads as well as proactively reaching out to potential customers through various channels. You'll work closely with our Sales team to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the company through managing and setting meetings with leads.


What you'll do:


  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients through a variety of outreach methods including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and set meetings with Account Executives by applying BANT criteria
  • Pipeline Management: Nurture leads and ensure timely follow-ups to move them through the sales pipeline
  • CRM & Data Management: Update and maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential customers and industry trends, with a focus on the APAC region
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and share insights
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings completed
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitors to effectively communicate value to prospects


What you'll bring:


  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or other relevant role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate leads
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • A passion for technology and a strong interest in UX
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, remote environment across different timezones
