We are in search of new, ambitious members to join our Sales team: 


Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts (m/f)


We are looking for an energetic and driven sales team member to work closely with our regional lead to grow the market in Germany, Switzerland, UKI, Benelux, and/or Nordic regions. The main focus will be on targeting large global companies as well as mid-sized companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the procurement field and be capable of working independently, with support from senior leadership, to generate interest in the market and successfully secure business with our target clients. 


Responsibilities: 


You will have full responsibility for developing and building a sales pipeline, utilizing inbound leads and self-identified opportunities. This involves:


  • Identifying, qualifying, and managing opportunities with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • Generating new leads to supplement the existing pipeline
  • Creating a strong value offer and proposals
  • Negotiating with procurement leaders for commitment and contract agreements
  • Managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction with existing customers
  • Developing a sales plan to secure new business and meet quota
  • Providing regular feedback on market trends, competitor products, and prospect/client feedback on products and services
  • Tracking opportunities through the pipeline documenting each stage


Secondary responsibilities will allow for opportunities to be involved in other areas of the business:


  •   Helping to develop the commercial objectives and strategy
  •   Contributing to marketing activities (case studies, demos, sales documents, events)
  •   Recruiting, training, and developing other sales team members as they join the team


Your skills and experience: 


  • Your background: experience in SaaS Sales with strong focus on procurement or as a Procurement professional  looking to transition into sales
  • An excellent network within the procurement community
  • Ability to conduct effective discussions and negotiations with executives, encompassing both procurement  and finance, and demonstrate familiarity with their daily operations, challenges, and goals
  • Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency in the sales process and account planning
  • Experience in building and delivering value propositions at all levels (CPO, VPs of Procurement)
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, including excellent written and presentation abilities
