This is a remote position.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within Sydney working hours

Job Description: We're looking for an exceptional Government Construction Project Bid Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for our success in securing and managing government construction projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end bid management for government construction projects, working independently to achieve successful outcomes
Navigate the complete bidding process from solicitation through project delivery
Develop and submit compelling bid proposals
Foster relationships with government stakeholders
Monitor industry trends in government procurement

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Australian government projects tendering, with deep understanding of procedures and regulations
Demonstrated history of independently winning government construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Strong project management capabilities
