Sales Executive Support Specialist

As we grow, we seek a driven Executive Support and Sales & CRM Specialist to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and optimize productivity using state-of-the-art tools and processes.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support
● Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
● Prepare presentations, reports, and documents tailored to business and customer needs.
● Assist with travel planning, expense tracking, and organizing key operational tasks.
Sales and CRM Management
● Own and manage HubSpot CRM processes, including creating and tracking quotes, setting up Deals, and automating workflows.
● Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns using CRM tools and automation.
● Monitor and analyze sales opportunities, generating actionable insights and reports for decision-making.
AI-Driven Productivity
● Leverage tools such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems for communication analysis and automation.
● Use AI-based platforms to personalize customer communication and optimize engagement strategies.
● Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive workflows and improve efficiency.
Customer Engagement
● Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining consistent communication and proactively addressing their needs.
● Enhance lead generation and follow-up using AI-driven tools for targeting and segmentation.
● Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client onboarding and support.
Collaboration and Process Optimization
● Work closely with the development, and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies and deliverables.
● Manage digital contract workflows, including preparation and electronic signing via appropriate tools.
● Continuously refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

What You’ll Bring
Skills and Qualifications
● Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and integrations.
● Familiarity with AI-powered tools and concepts (e.g., Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Predictive Analytics) to optimize workflows and enhance customer engagement, with no need for technical development expertise.
● Experience with automation tools to streamline tasks and optimize workflows.
● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to client-facing and professional contexts.
● Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Haves)
● Background in Medical Education or Training: Understanding the unique needs of healthcare professionals and educators.
● Experience with Immersive Technologies: Familiarity with VR/AR platforms used in training and education.
● Understanding of AI Ethics: Awareness of ethical considerations in AI implementation and impact.
● Sales in the Healthcare Sector: Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes and customer behaviors.
● Content Development: Experience creating or managing educational content using AI-based generative tools.
