Role Name: Virtual Administrative Bookkeeper

Schedule:

  • Part-time (25 hours/week), Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Potential for increased hours

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping
  • Process and maintain billing systems, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to business owners
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining efficient calendar management
  • Implement and maintain task management systems
  • Organize and streamline administrative workflows
  • Support various business operations with careful attention to detail


Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles
