We’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to:
  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack and backend engineers in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with Machine Learning and Product teams to design and deliver robust, user-focused features.
  • Architect scalable frameworks to support the growth of hundreds of customers.
  • Develop and implement technical best practices while driving the team’s success through technical mentorship.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor on orchestration, databases, and cloud operations.

  • What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer with broad technical knowledge.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role, driving projects, managing deadlines, and mentoring teams.
  • Strong expertise in Python, with experience leading code reviews and promoting best practices.
  • Extensive experience with AWS, with a focus on scalability and security.
  • Deep experience working with data, data scraping, and integrating data.
  • Proven success working in early-stage startups (Series B or earlier).
  • Passion for AI-driven technologies and solving complex, real-world problems.
