The Senior Analyst - Global Sales Compensation is a key role that will be closely involved in sales commissions design, strategy, and be responsible for end-to-end administration of the sales compensation plan. The role requires collaborative skills and a solid understanding of the sales compensation process. The ideal candidate can plan, and execute through complex situations, scenarios, and dynamic market conditions, where business objectives and strategy will guide their work.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the sales compensation process, including, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, and policies.
  • Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage all projects relating to Sales Compensation Systems, including source data inputs to the ICM system, optimizing configuration of the ICM system and outputs of compensation data to other systems.
  • Review, validate and audit monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results.
  • Analyze sales performance results, prepare presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Sales Comp Strategy & Design team to understand new plan changes. Design and implement the changes in a scalable way within our Incentive Compensation system while aligning to our Compensation Plan documents and policies
  • Development, implementation, communication, and administering of sales commissions and payouts on a global scale

  • CORE COMPETENCIES:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience managing compensation processes for a high growth sales team.
  • Experience with Xactly or other sales compensation systems.
  • High-tech, manufacturing, or rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to multi-task across a broad range of responsibilities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess initiative, problem definition and resolution skills, and strong analytical skills.
