Job Title: Amazon Account Specialist

Location: Remote/UK-Based

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Amazon Account Specialist to oversee our UK Amazon store. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, preferably in a reseller context, and possess a thorough understanding of listing management including suppressed listings due to pricing, optimization strategies, brand account health, and critical metrics such as Valid Tracking Rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our Amazon UK store, ensuring optimal performance including customer service
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret key Seller Central KPIs to improve account health and performance.
  • Generate actionable insights from Seller Central reports to enhance decision-making.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure stock availability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the strategic direction of the store, providing recommendations on growth for the next 2-3 quarters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in managing UK Amazon accounts, preferably within a reseller model.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including KPIs, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Expertise in Amazon PPC campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Has a backup system in place, in case of power outage or internet connection issues
  • Has a decent headset with noise canceling features
