💡 Project Description:

Our client is one of the leading financial services organizations with an office in Limassol, Cyprus. As one of the largest banks in Asia, they are driving innovation in the financial sector with cutting-edge IT products. ​​The project involves analyzing and resolving business and technical challenges. Key responsibilities in it include writing and maintaining SQL or Python scripts for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting, as well as contributing to schema model design. As a Business Analyst in the project you will contribute to gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes and technical details.

📈 Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Upper Management, Heads of Software Engineering, Chapter Leads, and Project Managers, to ensure business objectives align with technical capabilities.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for implementation.

  • Support non-technical teams in adapting to business processes and methodologies through roadmaps, workshops, and ongoing guidance.

  • Provide insights into project performance, business compatibility, and potential risks to support strategic decision-making.

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of solutions.

  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring all requirements align with organizational goals.

  • Analyze business metrics and trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations to drive business value.
