The Job in a Nutshell💡

As a Senior People Generalist at Mrsool, you will play a critical role in managing various human resource functions, serving as a partner to department heads, and supporting our employees throughout their journey in the organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving HR initiatives, cultivating a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex employee relations issues, facilitating performance management processes, and implementing HR programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.

What You Will Do💡
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing support and counsel to employees and managers.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and update policies as necessary.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in special projects related to HR initiatives as needed.
  • Conducting Payroll and extracting reports on monthly basis

Who Will Excel ❓
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • ATS experience is a major Plus
  • Experience within the food and beverage or tech industry.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
