Job description

The Financial Analyst II- Life & Retirement and Distribution coordinates budgets/plan with division leadership and provides guidance, analyzes budgets, financial modeling and prepares or supervises monthly accrual and expense analysis.

  • Ability to study metrics, forecasts of business conditions and trends and draw relevant conclusions as requested
  •  Ability to design and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial results
  • Ability to prepare ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets and analyses
  • Ability to prepare cost benefit analysis for proposed projects or system
  • Technical knowledge and skills for specialized software applications. [i.e. accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis.]
  • Has theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Capability to plan own work and respect deadlines

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of Finance/Accounting experience.

 

Pay Range:

$61,900 - $91,300  

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
