Job description

Vollzeit | Unbefristet | München, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Düsseldorf 

DAS ERWARTET DICH: 

Inhouse Consultant Prozessmanagement Customer Services & Support (ca. 50%)

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement Best Practices und Templates basierend auf Lessons Learned aus Kundenprojekten
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen sowie Dokumentation in unserem BPMN-Tool
  • Übernahme von Key-User Tätigkeiten für Salesforce (CRM) und Certinia (PSA), z.B. Analyse und Priorisierung von neuen Anforderungen, Erstellung von Reports
  • Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung von internen Software- und Prozessschulungen (z.B. für das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender)


Projektmanagement (ca. 50%)

  • Operative Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Implementierungsprojekten bei unseren Enterprise Kunden in enger Abstimmung mit externen und internen Stakeholdern
  • Realisierung des erwarteten Kundennutzen gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Masterstudium (z. B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Prozess- und/oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Software oder Beratung
  • Regelmäßige Einsätze bei unseren Kunden – vor Ort und Remote
  • Erfahrung in Multi-Projektmanagement und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchiestufen und Geschick im Beziehungsaufbau
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
