WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Based in the Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum, you will be part of the Consumer Construct Marketing team in EMEA. This team is responsible to orchestrate all product marketing campaigns and long-term concepts for every sport and sportswear dimension in the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, you have the opportunity to work exclusively on Women’s Sportswear, a high-performance team that operates at the intersection of sport and culture.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a curious, driven and talented brand marketeer with a passion for creativity, youth culture and women’s fashion, who is looking to accelerate their career in Brand Marketing. The below are essential requirements in order to be considered.

  • A passion for women’s sportswear with a strong understanding of the wider cultural landscape in EMEA, including a strong knowledge of Gen Z style.

  • Experience supporting on the development of end to end creative projects, through from concept phase to production/post-production. You must be comfortable bringing a creative point of view that will push our work and creative thinking into new spaces.

  • Proven Track record of supporting / developing Marketing Plans through cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and External stakeholders 

  • Embody Nike D&I values and Maxims (guiding principles), always

  • A desire & willingness to adapt to our consumers’ and organization’s needs to help shape the future of Sportswear

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As part of the EMEA Brand Marketing Women’s Sportswear team, you will work across all marketing functions and key cities, reporting directly to the EMEA Senior Manager, Brand Marketing Women’s Sportswear. In the role, core responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead on the development of best in class brand plans which aim to take Women’s Sportswear into new and unexpected places, positioning Nike as the leader in the lifestyle and youth culture space in EMEA

  • Act as a core member of the One Sportswear Offense in EMEA, taking ownership and driving projects directly for Women’s Sportwear and through collaboration with the Men’s Sportswear team, as well as Global and City Brand teams to coordinate, drive efficiency & alignment for our marketing plans. 

  • Collaborate closely with Energy RNWY team to support on the development of plans and product journeys for new launches

  • Support the seasonal marketing offence and Code process, working with the team to craft and execute brand initiatives that build brand strength, demand, and ultimately forge deep relationships with our consumers and City based communities.

  • Work closely with Product and Marketplace teams – from defining seasonal key looks, collaborating to support with developing game changing Account plans and driving alignment on launch and release calendars. 

  • You will also help put into place a learning agenda and monitor KPIs as we continually evaluate the work, our approach and how we continue to evolve and drive marginal games to ensure we stay ahead of our competition at all times.
