Summary of Position

As an Art Director on our team, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare by designing engaging, performance-driven creative that stands out in a crowded feed. You’re not just a designer—you’re a creative problem-solver who understands the nuances of paid social platforms and knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping visuals. From Meta to YouTube, your work will connect people with care that makes a difference.

You’ll pair with a copywriter to deliver campaigns that grow our member base and increase member engagement in our platform. You’ll ideate and execute impactful campaigns across every channel, product, and health condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create for Conversion: Focused on great paid social creative that converts. Design visually compelling paid social content (static, video, GIFs) that drives engagement, conversions, and brand affinity.

  • Innovate with Insights: Responsible for brainstorming and creating new ad concepts. Translate performance data and user behavior into fresh ad concepts that elevate account performance and challenge creative norms.

  • Scale for Success: Own paid social workflows. Develop templates, frameworks, and processes that enable efficient, on-brand creative output across campaigns.

  • Trendsetting: Live and breathe social media and understand the nuances of what content performs best. You stay ahead of the curve on design trends, AI tools, and platform best practices to continuously elevate our creative work.

  • Collaborate for Impact: Partner with a conceptual copywriter and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaigns quickly and effectively. You’ll also collaborate with motion graphics, production, marketing, product, and more!

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 4+  years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in direct response marketing and creating paid social content.                            

  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design craft, with a focus on paid social creative and performance marketing.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • A knack for designing platform-specific content that shines across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

  • Experience creating work that balances best-in-class design with measurable business outcomes.

Bonus Qualifications 

  • Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives.

  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000- $85,000In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 5. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
