The Senior Cybersecurity Specialist is a key member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team responsible for development, implementation, and management of IAM technologies deployed within the organization supporting the business to enable utilization of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite within the organization. This role will work across the organization with business, IAM and other IT partners and external service providers through collaboration and hands-on delivery to shape and secure capabilities. The primary focus of this position is on solution design delivery with an overall responsibility of ensuring the operational fitness of the systems. This position will be fully remote in Colombia.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for CyberArk & Conjur products (PAM, PSM, CPM, AAM, PVWA, Vault Administration, DAP, etc)
  • Provide insight and direction for operational best practices to protect and support administrators, applications, and service accounts
  • Support projects to develop and deliver new security features within CyberArk & Conjur
  • Manage password rotations, malfunctions, account creations, changes, integrations, and policy maintenance
  • Maintain vendor relationships for application roadmap understanding, training opportunities, and ongoing support
  • Communicate with customers about changes and issues related to the application
  • Stay updated on emerging Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, cyber threats, and cybersecurity trends


Required knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English level
  • Four years of IT experience
  • Three or more years of professional experience as an Identity Access Management Engineer or similar role, designing and implementing at an enterprise-level on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Experience with development, and support of CyberArk & Conjur
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell etc.) for automation


With experience in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum, you should have a solid understanding of cloud directory services, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Directory. Ideally, you should be proficient in enterprise IAM solutions like Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, and Okta, and familiar with ITSM tools, for instance, ServiceNow. Additionally, you must be skilled in logging and monitoring tools, such as Splunk, and have hands-on experience with Amazon AWS, particularly AWS Secret Manager, AWS Session Manager, and AWS CloudWatch. A background in software development is also part of their skill set, which is considered advantageous for this role.
