We are looking for:

An Intermediate SAP S/4HANA Customer Service Application Specialist to join us on a high-impact project for a leading client in the automotive industry. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for customer service processes, with a focus on workshop service operations. You will have the autonomy to design, configure, and deliver training, owning the entire end-to-end process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with intermediate expertise who is ready to take on a hands-on role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design customer service processes within SAP S/4 HANA, with a focus on workshop services.
  • Configure SAP S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Work independently to manage projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.


You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA Customer Service module, particularly in workshop service processes.
  • Strong hands-on skills in designing, configuring, and training within SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Ability to work independently, managing end-to-end processes without supervision.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in an international team environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Located in Czechia or Slovakia.
