Project Details: As a member of the Project Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for both technical and overall project management, focusing on infrastructure and application initiatives. The individual will develop project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts. This role will involve close collaboration with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks, solve complex technical problems, and identify alternative solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies and performing cost/benefit analyses.

Detailed Job Description:
- Responsible for both technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives
- Develop project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts
- Work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks
- Solve complex technical problems
- Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses
- Build an effective team and guide the work of the project team to meet project milestones
- Develop standards, policies, and procedures
- Research new technologies and develop business cases to support technology services and solutions
- Participate in special projects as required
Experience and Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in project management, including leading large and complex technical systems and services
- Professional certification in project management or related areas is desirable but not required
