The Digital Business Solutions IT team is focused on innovating and developing the next generation of capabilities on nxp.com to provide a global, best-in-class online customer experience. We are currently looking for an experienced IT project manager/business system analyst who will join a dynamic hard-working team of software developers and project leads who design and implement customer-ready solutions for the web and mobile devices. Ultimately, we are looking for people who believe they can help us change the future of NXP customer online engagement, with a passion for technology and relentless drive to develop software better, faster, smarter.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT web projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop overall project plans and approach in collaboration with the business team.

  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery using Agile Methodologies.

  • Mitigate risks and address project obstacles as needed.

  • Effectively engage and communicate with project team, management, project stakeholders and business team to share project status and identification/resolution of any project issues.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.

  • Develop high level functional design and create business workflows and user flows as needed.

  • Analyze varying solutions and provide strategy recommendations with an eye on functionality, cost, technology, and value as appropriate.

  • Drive implementation with the onshore/offshore software development team.

  • Conduct IT acceptance testing and coordinate testing with users.

  • Coordinate project deployment with the web release management team.

  • May be responsible for sourcing, negotiations and managed outside vendors.

Your Profile:

  • BSc., or MSc., degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project management, preferably in the web/mobile space.

  • Knowledge of software development fundamentals crossing all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, prototyping, development, testing, implementation.

  • Experienced with Agile methodologies and tools used with these methodologies (e.g. Atlassian JIRA).

  • Ability to solve complex problems, come up with create options and drive successful negotiations with project stakeholders.

  • Familiar with one or more of the following functional domains and associated applications: web content publishing, online search, document management systems, export control.

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
