Job Summary
A large multi-state utility has an immediate need for an Infrastructure Engineer in Network Engineering to perform engineering and procurement of materials for projects. This role also involves ensuring and coordinating the installation and activation of projects with the field operations team. These projects will provide communications for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), metering, and other network requirements in Transmission/Distribution substations, renewable facilities, and generation plants.Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
Infrastructure Engineer Associate (SG5):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience: No additional experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Infrastructure Engineer (SG6):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

$61,647.00-77,057.50 USDCandidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate’s ability to work from an approved work location. Although the location is flexible, AEP does not have a presence in all states and localities.
