Job Title: Remote Leasing Department Administrator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,200 USD/month

Schedule: 9:00 - 5:00 pm (EST)

About our client:

Our client is a real estate brokerage firm. Their mission is to provide customers and clients a quality and personalized rental or sale experience encompassed with Trust, Ease and Transparency.

Job Overview:

They are looking for a highly organized individual to manage the rental department desk. Their office receives 100s of new inquiries daily and while many things are automated they need someone who will be on top of the human interaction and can also not get discouraged from upset customers.

The individual should be able to follow our instructions and make sure that everything is running smoothly.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Review incoming form submission and review for accurate information, follow up with lead if information is not accurate.
  • Schedule “open houses” via salesforce/Jotform.
  • Monitor incoming messages on email or “open phone” from clients who reply that they cannot make it to the open house and make sure they get put in the correct stage in salesforce.
  • Monitor the open phone during the open house time to guide clients how to get to the unit & to see if anyone messages about running late etc.
  • After the open house, going through open phone and sending an application link to anyone who requested it.
  • Go through all the contact who were invited and who didn't show up without notice or let us know after the scheduled time for the open house that they wont make it and mark them inactive and as a no show lead in salesforce
  • Manage contacts via email or open phone who are requesting to see other options or if they send specific listings they want to see and coordinate with the showing agent.
  • Keep lead data clean in salesforce.
  • Escalate angry customers to the manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

Must be organized.

Cannot be highly sensitive and be able to maintain cool when dealing with upset customers.

Self starter

Customer service skills

Excellent English level

Must be located in Latin America
