Join Our Team as a Senior Business Systems Support Analyst - Make a Real Impact!

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for supporting others? We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys making a real impact on system performance and user experience. This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2025, working 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Working fully remotely, you just need to be based within the UK.

As our Senior Business Systems Support Analyst, you will:

  • Provide technical support to staff and students, ensuring our software applications run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business professionals to improve systems and solve complex problems.
  • Maintain and create technical documentation, while also offering training and mentoring to colleagues.
  • Lead business change projects and contribute to system integration and testing.

Is this you?

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SQL and database management is essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience with student records systems, eLearning platforms, or Crystal Reports would be desirable.
