Job description

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales in North America. As our Account Executive, you will partner with your prospects on their journey to convert them to clients. You will be hunting new logos by developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans while actively learning about their challenges and businesses. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for achieving sales quota targets and exceeding goals. An ideal candidate will have a passion for complex sales in challenging environments and can be creative in their approach and methodology. Experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprises is a must-have or ultimate goal. We are looking for quick learners, high achievers, and hunters who've made it to the #1 spot in the rankings.


The responsibilities will involve the following:

  • Create and drive sales opportunities with mid enterprise companies, managing the process from start to close
  • Manage complex sales cycles selling the Zycus solution
  • Manage mid enterprise accounts less than $1 billion in revenue
  • Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts in greenfield and whitespace
  • Forecast sales accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
  • Work with inside sales and marketing to maximize territory penetration
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Build key customer relationships with Zycus customers
  • Foster client partnerships


Skills And Expertise Required:

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise software selling experience with a demonstrable record of success or equivalent in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles in different verticals and closing $500+ deals
  • Experience in consultative solution selling.
  • Recognized as a top performer as part of President's Club/Winner's Circle/Achiever's Club/ Platinum Club/ Others
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Experience in selling eProcurement software solutions will be an added advantage
