A dynamic insurance agency specializing in title insurance and escrow services is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support high-liability commercial real estate transactions. This remote role focuses on ensuring the accurate completion and processing of documents, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining internal systems for seamless operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to a results-driven team environment.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 / year DOE

Commercial Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Accurately complete, process, and deliver necessary documents for real estate transactions according to service level agreements
  • Review closing instructions and ensure executed documents are delivered to the appropriate parties, including lenders, realtors, sellers, and buyers
  • Notify stakeholders upon file completion and follow up on post-document delivery requests
  • Prepare and issue title insurance policies in compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Ensure all recording documents are received, recorded, and stored in the system within the required timeframe
  • Maintain and update internal records and systems, ensuring diligent status updates
  • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and finalize settlement statements
  • Schedule notaries and ensure document signing is completed
  • Provide information to satisfy title commitment requirements
  • Assist in the rollout and adoption of new software for KPI tracking and metrics

Commercial Coordinator Requirements

  • 2+ years in the title or real estate industry, with commercial sector experience preferred
  • Proficient with title-related software such as Soft Pro, Title Express, or Simple File
  • Strong commitment to utilizing organizational technology tools
  • Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and with external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and influence outcomes effectively
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and assist colleagues
  • Results-driven, with the ability to handle deadline pressures and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience with underwriters or title companies is highly desirable
