We are now looking for an SAP Consultant - Project Manager.

Location: 50% hybrid in Vårgårda (near Gothenburg), otherwise remote

Start date: Immediately

Contract: Permanent & B2B (both options available)

Allocation: 100%, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities among functional and technical team members and consultants.
• Manage project scope, planning, and execution through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
• Ensure projects align with internal and external customer requirements and follow governance processes.
• Lead and mentor a small team, including defining requirements and overseeing direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience managing project financials, including commercial and contractual aspects.
• Ability to lead teams of varying sizes and manage up to three direct reports.
