Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue across online and offline channels.
    • Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Identify new opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
    • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Startup Responsibilities:
    • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    • Wear multiple hats and assist in various areas of the business as needed.
    • Collaborate on brand-building activities, including marketing campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in online selling, running a physical store, or managing an e-commerce business.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
