What The Role Is:
As a member of the People Operations HCM Technology team, the Head of Global HR Technology & Analytics will be responsible in overseeing the global strategy, design, deployment, and management of the HR Technology portfolio.

The Head of Global HR Technology & Analytics is a leader as well as hands-on technical expert for HRIS and will help build and execute a technology roadmap that balances the strategic and operational needs of HR. In this role, the Head of Global HR Technology & Analytics will partner with key business partners throughout the organization to seek out opportunities to better utilize technology to help support key business processes. Additionally, the incumbent will focus on developing and maintaining substantial analytics to help make business decisions.

What You'll Do:
● Oversee the global implementation as a Project Manager and deployment of all system upgrades of the Human Capital Management System (HCM), i.e. Workday including the scheduling of key activities and communication of system downtime to appropriate parties.
● Help create and drive the strategy for all HRIS related initiatives and priorities.
● Responsible in leading and managing complex HRIS related projects in support of the strategic and operational goals of the People & Experience organization.
● Responsible in the selection and implementation of the HR Case Management tool partnering with People & Experience team and the IT organization.
● Own, design, and manage the Workday regression test plan for future releases for the following modules: core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce / Headcount Planning, etc.
● Research and provide recommendations to leadership on new technologies that could be utilized to improve service center effectiveness and the customer experience.
● Develop and track HR Technology project timelines and definition of deliverables leveraging Monday.com application with Google Worksheets or equivalent tracking method and tool.
● Work closely with all Centers of Excellence to ensure all core HR and business processes are embedded in the HCM; maintain their ongoing design, configuration and deployment, i.e. in Workday, Oracle
● Implement and support all vendors interfaces with Workday, i.e. Benefits, 401k, GL (NetSuite), I9/E-Verify, Background / Drug Screening, Commuter, Slack, and custom solutions.
● Drive training and communication around moving to new HCM technology to drive high adoption rate.
● Partner with P&E communication team around change management.
● Develop and maintain 3rd party vendor relationships and contracts, add input to relevant contract negotiations in partnership with procurement and legal colleagues as needed.

What You'll Bring:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology Management or other related area of study.
● Minimum of 6 years technical work experience in an enterprise HCM product: Workday preferred. (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian Dayforce, and ADP).
● 10 years Functional / Technical Knowledge in HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, Workforce/Headcount planning, and Security.
● Minimum 3-5 years' supervisory experience
● Ability to handle stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner.
● Self-driven, with a sense of ownership of work product and accountability.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
● Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred - Minimum of one major HCM technology global rollout, owning and leading a team in implementing Workday HCM technology.
Preferred - Workday HCM Certified.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $225,000

This represents the expected salary for range for the job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other related job factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and for applicable roles, an annual discretionary performance bonus.
