Über die Position

Wir haben eine spannende Möglichkeit für einen Sales Manager im Außendienst (m/w/d) bei Just Spices einen eigenen Kundenbezirk im Raum Karlsruhe zu betreuen und zu entwickeln.

In dieser Position berichtest du an den Gebietsverkaufsleiter Mitte und bist Teil eines diversen Teams, welches in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen ist und sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt hat. Die konstante Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung ist deine Kernaufgabe- bei der du ständig nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Teams suchst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gewährleistest die Sicherstellung des bestmöglichen Vertriebs aller gelisteten Just Spices und Kraft Heinz Produkte
  • Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in vor Ort und für die Betreuung unserer Kunden des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels zuständig
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Erreichung der vorgegebenen Absatz- und Distributionsziele
  • Du stellst unsere Warenverfügbarkeit sicher und optimierst unsere Regal- und Zweitplatzierungen
  • Du bist für die Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen am POS zuständig
  • Du erfasst Besuchsberichte und pflegst Kundenstammdaten

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • erste Erfahrung- z.B. in Form von Praktika oder Festanstellungen- im Vertrieb im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel oder in der Lebensmittelindustrie und Erfahrung bei der Betreuung von Einzelhändlern
  • Wohnort in oder Umzugsbereitschaft in die Region Mannheim und Umgebung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Die Fähigkeit Kunden zu begeistern und Spaß am Vertrieb

Was wir bieten

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Du konntest idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Außendienst für den Bereich Lebensmitteleinzelhandel sammeln
  • Du wohnst zentral im Verkaufsgebiet oder bist umzugsbereit
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes verkäuferisches Geschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
  • Du bist ein absolutes Organisationstalent, erkennst die Bedürfnisse Deiner Kunden und kannst diese durch gute Kommunikation auch begeistern

Bedingungen

  • Die Position ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40 Stunden)
