Über die Position

Wir haben eine spannende Möglichkeit für einen Mitarbeiter im Außendienst (w/m/d) bei Kraft Heinz einen eigenen Kundenbezirk im Raum Bonn zu betreuen und zu entwickeln. Kraft Heinz wurde offiziell von Great Place To Work als einer der besten Arbeitgeber Deutschlands 2024 ausgezeichnet!

In dieser Position berichtest du an den Gebietsverkaufsleiter West und bist Teil eines diversen Teams, welches in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen ist und sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt hat. Die konstante Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung ist deine Kernaufgabe- bei der du ständig nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Teams suchst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des bestmöglichen Vertriebs aller gelisteten Kraft Heinz und Just Spices Produkte
  • Optimale Präsentation unseres Sortiments- neuer Produkte und anderer Aktionen am Point of Sale
  • Eigenständige Planung deiner Touren und Prioritäten- ausgerichtet an unseren Zielen
  • Optimierung der Regal- und Zweitplatzierungen
  • Vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Händler und regionalen Kopfkunden

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • erste Erfahrung- z.B. in Form von Praktika oder Festanstellungen- im Vertrieb im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel oder in der Lebensmittelindustrie und Erfahrung bei der Betreuung von Einzelhändlern
  • Wohnort in oder Umzugsbereitschaft in die Region Bonn und Umgebung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Die Fähigkeit Kunden zu begeistern und Spaß am Vertrieb
