It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
The Point of Sale Lending (POSL) Account Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing top-tier partner relationships for the Home Improvement Lending (HIL) POSL program. This role focuses on developing strategic sales plans to drive account growth and satisfaction. Key tasks include designing marketing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value-add solutions, and ensuring compliance and quality in product delivery. Additionally, the role involves managing partner contracts, evaluating performance, and leveraging insights to strengthen partnerships and achieve business objectives.
About This Role:
Key Accountabilities include:
- Oversee and manage the top tier partner relationships for HIL (Home Improvement Lending) POSL program
- Develop strategic HIL sales plans to achieve account and growth goals by identifying opportunities within assigned partner accounts
- Lead work with partners, agencies, and Compliance to design, implement, and monitor marketing creative (B2C) that aligns to your strategic objectives for the partner.
- Direct strategy with internal and external stakeholders to create value-add solutions and ideas to support the mission of our partners and their financing needs
- Have a holistic view of the HIL partner community and a deep understanding of the capabilities and solutions that will help grow partnerships and appeal to first look business
- Expand engagement of current HIL partnerships, including measuring and improving partner satisfaction
- Create a strong alliance with internal stakeholders related to business development, being an integral part of the deal and ongoing management of key relationships
- Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to ensure no issues with quality and or compliance of product delivery to customers
- Manage existing client accounts by understanding their goals, proposing solutions, and ensuring successful project execution
- Research and understand the HIL competitive landscape, market trends, and provide data driven insights to management
- Manage the partner contract, associated SLAs, account requirements, and renewal or termination process working with Legal and other internal teams
- Evaluate and analyze ongoing performance of partners, including understanding of root cause for any poor performance, and effectively manage ways to improve
- Regularly organize and present partnership reviews to assess and strengthen account relationship, demonstrate product value, improve performance, including onsite meetings, as appropriate
- Drive the formation and analysis of P&L reports for Slice Retail product & marketing investments
- Work with Compliance, as necessary, to maintain customer transparency and clarity for Slice Retail originations journey/experience
- Engage with internal vertical owners and teams within the Partnership division to manage solution for existing FNBO partners
Regular monthly travel will be required to visit partners across the country.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- 5+ years marketing experience
- 5+ years account management/business development experience
- 5+ years banking, financial services, or other relative/ similar industry experience preferred
- Experience in developing partner/account strategy
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leadership to inform decision making
- Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with all levels of a partners’ organization
- Demonstrated experience with business and financial acumen related to managing key partner relationships
- Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis as well as the ability to interpret data and set strategy
Skills:
- Ability to direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems
- Proven track record of sound decision making practices
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven ability to operate successfully in a matrix environment and collaborate across departments
- Ability to present well and communicate with external partners
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing and at time complex priorities – experience in fast paced environments
- Ability to network, develop, and leverage relationships
- Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $103,375.00-$175,738.00
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
