Aufgaben:

Übernahme von eigenständigen Bereichen im Rahmen des operativen Business Controllings
Mitverantwortlich für das Erstellen und die Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens (inkl. Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen, Investitionsrechnungen etc.)
Koordination von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
Weiterentwicklung der Kennzahlensysteme
Mitwirkung & Initiator beim Working Capital Management
Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung
Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Effizienzverbesserung
Übernahme eigener zusätzlicher Projekte, sowie Bearbeitung von Ad hoc Fragestellungen
Möglichkeit zur Spezialisierung: Ansprechpartner in sämtlichen kaufmännischen Fragestellungen mit einem Fokus auf den Bereich ESG/Sustainability

Stärken:

Abgeschlossene akademische oder Fachhochschulausbildung (Betriebswirtschaft)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
Gute Prozesskenntnisse und -affinität
Sehr hohe IT-Affinität insbesondere SAP, BI Tools und MS Office (sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sind ein Muss)
Hohes Maß an Einsatz und Eigeninitiative
Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Ergebnisorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
