Job description

Anaqua is looking for a Part Time (20 to 25 hours a week) Accounts Receivable Associate. For this role, must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.


You’ll love this job if you like to:

  • Help clients by answering their email questions
  • Calls as needed to clients to confirm payment details and past due balances
  • Review account documentation and payment history to determine appropriate collection strategy
  • Update account status and notes in NetSuite
  • Post cash received to client accounts as needed
  • Research for unapplied cash
  • Obtaining PO’s from clients and Assist with upload information for our billing team
  • Maintain Excel files of daily cash collections and report to management
  • Other tasks, as needed


What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Ability to manage tasks in a professional and timely fashion
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • NetSuite experience
