Data Visualization & Graphic Design - Junior Director

*We have adapted to a WFH setup, so the right candidate can be based in most states within the US, but able to work within the EST time zone.

Lieberman, Inc. has an exciting opportunity to work on real time client studies for many of our F500 clients. The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with our custom research teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Visualization: Transform complex research insights and data into clear, compelling, and visually appealing designs, primarily using PowerPoint.
• Collaboration: Work closely with researchers and other stakeholders to understand the key messages and goals of each project.
• Presentation Design: Create high-quality presentations that effectively communicate research findings to various audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Data Interpretation: Ability to understand and translate research data and insights into visually compelling narratives.
• Infographics and Data Visualization: Develop infographics, charts, and other visual aids that simplify complex information and highlight key insights.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to company brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.
• Iterative Design Process: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• The graphic designer designs and prepares marketing materials for a variety of platforms including PowerPoint presentations, social media posts , e-mails, posters, brochures
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with non-designers.
• Creativity: A creative thinker who can take abstract concepts and transform them into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
• Experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar field.
• An understanding of current design trends and best practices.
