Scrum Master

Location: US Only Duration: 6-9 months
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join
the Project team. This role is critical for driving Agile practices, ensuring continuous
delivery, and facilitating collaboration across distributed teams in a regulated enterprise
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding teams through Agile ceremonies
and best practices.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint
reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint progress, track team velocity, and proactively identify and remove
impediments to ensure continuous delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency
across all teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure
alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Drive Agile transformations and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including
SAFe, Scrum@Scale, and LeSS frameworks.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering business value and ensuring alignment with
the project’s regulatory reporting objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments with frameworks
including SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or LeSS.
• Strong proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile best
practices.
• Expertise in managing sprints, velocity tracking, and removing blockers to enable
high-performing teams.
• Exceptional collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills across distributed
teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regulatory reporting and enterprise software development
lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure
DevOps.
Certifications and Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Certified
Scrum Master.
Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple Agile teams.
• Proven track record in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams on Agile
best practices.
• Experience working in global, distributed team environments with diverse cultures
and time zones.
