Intern/Junior Business Analyst

Regroup Mass Notification — a global company with headquarters in Dallas —  is looking for an Intern/Junior Business Analyst for a 6 month project. Regroup believes in working with talented yet humble people who care about our core mission: Keeping communities and organizations safe and informed.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  
• Identify key terms and conditions for documentation and reporting purposes.
•  Provide recommendations to improve contract structure and terms where applicable.
  
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot) with contract details and other relevant information.
  
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits of CRM records.
  
• Assist in optimizing CRM processes to improve usability and efficiency.
•  Review and analyze reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with teams to develop actionable insights based on data findings. 
• Create and deliver custom reports as required for decision-making.
  
• Manage and maintain HubSpot objects such as contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
  
• Implement and monitor workflows to ensure seamless data management and process automation.
  
• Develop strategies to optimize the use of HubSpot for better business insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Hubspot RevOps and Sales Enablement certification.
• Knowledge of contract management processes.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and reporting tools in HubSpot.
