Job description

• Maintenance Management: Processing and tracking maintenance requests, scheduling and coordinating exterminator treatments, and ensuring timely completion of all maintenance tasks.

• Tenant Communication: Effectively communicating with tenants via text and through the tenant portal.

• Document Management: Managing all necessary documentation, including lease agreements and maintenance records, and ensuring their timely and accurate completion.

• Guarantor Follow-Up: Monitoring and following up on outstanding guarantor obligations.

• Administrative Support: Utilizing a cloud-based portal to update task completion status and performing other administrative duties as needed.
