We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain and optimize our clients' Google Ads campaigns and Off-site SEO after the initial strategy is established.
Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for management, optimization, and performance analysis of Google Ads campaigns for our dental and medical clients. You will ensure that the campaigns are effectively targeting the right audience, maximizing ROI, and adhering to industry best practices. Your role will involve close collaboration with the strategy team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
o Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns for dental, veterinary and medical clients, ensuring alignment with initial strategy and goals.
o Monitor and adjust bids, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
o Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
o Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and industry-specific advertising regulations.
• Performance Analysis:
o Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
o Generate regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
o Provide recommendations for campaign adjustments based on data analysis and market trends.
• Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with the strategy team to understand the initial campaign objectives and ensure ongoing alignment.
o Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
o Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for performance.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing for the dental and medical sectors.
o Identify opportunities for expanding campaign reach, improving targeting, and increasing conversions.
o Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within the dental, veterinary or medical industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
