Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to accounting and finance professionals, using your interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish connections
  • Adapt our carefully crafted scripts to create natural, flowing conversations that resonate with each individual contact
  • Identify and pursue potential collaboration opportunities, acting as a key driver in our business development efforts
  • Maintain meticulous records of your networking activities, updating our CRM system with new information and insights
  • Schedule follow-up actions and meetings, ensuring that promising connections are nurtured and developed
  • Generate comprehensive reports on your networking activities, providing valuable insights to guide our outreach strategy
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance our networking approach and maximize the impact of our outreach efforts


Requirements

  • A natural communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to build instant rapport over the phone
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, ideally in a B2B or networking context, with a track record of successful relationship-building
  • Adaptability to follow scripts while injecting your own personality to keep conversations engaging and productive
  • Basic understanding of the accounting or financial services industry – we’ll provide additional training to deepen your knowledge
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment, capable of managing your time effectively
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business needs
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our initiative grows
