Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders, managing both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Efficiently handle document management, including faxing orders to physician offices, following up on their status, and ensuring proper filing in patient records
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical manager to resolve complex authorization issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling tasks, ensuring optimal patient care and staff efficiency
  • Utilize your bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps, enhancing patient services and family interactions
  • Maintain and organize patient information in the company’s cutting-edge, web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Support the clinical team with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the agency
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT VOICE RECORDINGS)
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort navigating web-based applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HIPAA compliance is a plus
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict privacy guidelines
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn web-based systems quickly
