Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, Spanish-speaking Dental Practice Coordinator to join our innovative dental practice. You’ll work with state-of-the-art practice management systems while contributing to our practice’s growth through strategic patient retention initiatives and social media engagement. Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish
  • Drive practice growth through strategic patient acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Create and manage engaging social media content to enhance practice visibility
  • Process patient payments and handle insurance coordination
  • Assist with payroll administration and financial tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong patient relationships
  • Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize practice efficiency
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and manage treatment plan financials
  • Execute patient retention programs and follow-up communications


Requirements
