Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day).
With flexibility if the staff wants to work PH hours


Job Description for Personal Assistant (experienced)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails using provided templates

  • Update and maintain the executive’s calendar

  • Act as the first point of contact for all communications

  • Post ready-made content and engage with followers on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Create presentations in Canva using provided content and templates

  • Assist with workshop preparations and potentially take meeting minutes

  • Help create and organize eBooks and maintain a content library

  • Conduct research for grants and CFO/COO consulting-related tasks

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in email management and calendar applications

  • Strong social media skills, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

  • Basic understanding of CFO/COO consulting concepts (preferred)

  • Research skills, particularly in grant writing (preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
