JOB TITLE: Business Development /Event Coordinator  

RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour

Work Type: Part-time, Remote/WFH

Working Hours: 10-15 hours per week

Job Summary 

The company is a distinguished community of CEOs, investors, and elite advisors, and seeks an Event Coordinator / Business Development Assistant to support our internal operations and event coordination. An experienced Business Development Assistant who can assist with our growth while maintaining our core values. The Administrative Assistant will keep our marketing, membership, and member engagement teams plugged in and assist in developing a way to evaluate & grow performance. 

The candidate must be enthusiastic about growing membership while fostering connections with the business owners and existing members of the Company.


Sample List of Responsibilities: 

  • Source new members to join the company via outbound calls, email, and social media efforts. 

  • Creating campaigns (phone, email, and social) to generate leads which include business owners seeking to learn more about how to start, grow or exit a company. 

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies 

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database in CRM of prospective client information • Nurture existing members. 

  • Work with the company’s team to drive traffic to the company online and offline events 

  • Provide members with excellent experience and facilitate member retention by building strong member relationships. 

  • Draft Agenda and distribute to meeting attendees; 

  • Send email reminders and notifications for events when posted on calendar;

  • Booking event space based on the purpose of the event when requested; • Registering members when they check at events 

  • Coordinating and confirming members for events;

Preferred experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development 

  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives 

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential members 

  • Persuasive and goal-oriented 

  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

  • Demonstrated and proven sales results 

  • Experience working with a membership association 

  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
