Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our well-known healthcare client in Northern California. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and specific experience with the iCertis platform. This is a 9 month contract and remote opportunity, but travel is required for specific project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of the iCertis platform for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans.
Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Provide expert-level guidance on CLM processes and best practices to ensure the effective adoption of iCertis solutions.
Monitor project performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects in complex environments.
Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and tools, with hands-on experience in iCertis platform implementation and management.
Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), are strongly preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
