About The Role
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Project Manager with fluent Spanish to join the team.  This is a full time, work from home ​position based in Portugal.
 
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our clients. You will lead and coordinate the onboarding process, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

What you'll be doing:
  • Client Relationship: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact during the onboarding process.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor onboarding strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process, finding effective solutions.
  • Client Education: Provide training and guidance to clients on product/service features and best practices.
  • Ad-hoc projects
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in project management, in client onboarding or customer success roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
