What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, foster collaboration, and generate revenue through our campaigns and sales to key verticals. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging, develop joint value propositions, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive program execution with direct revenue impact.

  • Work with Sales, existing customers and partners to quickly identify opportunities in our key target verticals that align with our product and positioning to augment Magnolia’s core messaging for a specific audience.

  • Act as the voice of value propositions and positioning each key vertical campaign, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Customer Success teams to ensure awareness and alignment.

  • Create and drive Sales enablement programs across Magnolia’s regions to ensure that they are well-placed to execute on leads and that messaging is consistent through the entire buying process.

  • Build high-quality, credible content that will resonate with key buyers in our target markets to drive both short-term interest and long-term brand awareness.

  • Be prepared to present events (online and in person) that will connect with our audiences. The role will involve limited travel.

  • Partner closely with the global Campaigns and Events teams to plan content and adapt based on performance.

  • Provide comprehensive status reports on marketing campaigns, tracking performance against agreed-upon targets and KPIs at global and regional levels.

What do you bring in?

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability, measurement, testing, and iterative improvement.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content. Not only explain what it means, but why a prospective customer should be excited by it.

  • Passionate, creative thinker with a high level of personal drive, energy, and desire to succeed in a growth-stage company.

  • Writing, speaking and presenting in Fluent English and Fluent German are required.

  • This role is remote-friendly in EMEA, but being based near one of our offices (Basel, London, Berlin or Madrid) would be a plus.

  • Constant learning and knowledge sharing with some of the best professionals in the industry

  • Lateral and vertical growth opportunities

  • Flexibility, flexibility, flexibility

  • Remote-friendly vibes

We are for you if you like to...
  • take charge: You are in the driver’s seat and set the direction according to what customers, colleagues, and cultures need. No matter the roadblocks you see ahead, you take charge in (re)shaping the destination

  • connect: You never drive alone. Building meaningful connections means creating experiences together that form a foundation of trust so next time there’s a bump in the road, you know someone else has your back.

  • be you: Choose your own ways and means. You make every perspective count so that everyone feels safe enough to follow their purpose and at the same time pursue one common goal. Your way of growing is to mutually question yourself and others
