Your mission
As an Engineering Manager at myneva you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and drive innovation. In this role you' ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, manage cross-functional collaboration, and align engineering efforts with the organization's strategic goals:

  • Lead projects and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proactively guides teams through challenges, inspiring and supporting others in managing projects and risks. 
  • Leads project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation. 
  • Develops comprehensive risk management plans and contingency strategies. 
  • Coaches team members on adapting to change and overcoming obstacles.


Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with at least 5 - 7 years of hands-on development experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical skills in Java/.net, React, SQL, and container technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS cloud products is preferred. 
  • Passionate about open source and developer tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills.
