As an Integrated Behavioral Health Counselor, you will be at the heart of our patient care, bridging the gap between physical and mental health. Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered individual, group, and family counseling and rehabilitation services to asylees and refugees.
  • Facilitate referrals to community resources and perform case management services.
  • Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans.
  • Complete all documentation per Medi-Cal, Santa Clara County standards within expected deadlines.
  • Participate in clinical supervisions, consultations, team meetings, trainings, and on-call after hours rotation.
  • Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide officer of the day support.
  • Complete other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
  • Master’s degree in social work or psychology.
  • One year or more of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models.
  • Experience in providing behavioral health counseling in a healthcare or similar setting is highly desired.
